At Stephen Michael Oliver, every piece is made with care, precision, and intention. To provide the best experience for our customers, we’ve outlined our shipping practices below.


Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

  • Made-to-Order or Pre-Order items: These pieces are crafted specifically for you. Production times vary and will be listed on the product page. Please allow 13–16 weeks for production unless otherwise noted.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options at checkout:

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Priority Express (1–2 business days)

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.

  • Transit times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout.

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with international orders.


Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items ship once production is completed.
If you purchase in-stock items and pre-order items together, all items may ship together once the pre-order is ready unless you choose split shipping at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal volume (holidays)

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather events or unforeseen circumstances

We will always communicate major delays as soon as possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Stephen Michael Oliver is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.


If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at soliver@stephenmichaeloliver.com, and we will assist you with filing a claim.


Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If you need to make a change, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
